After 34 miserable hours on a bus to orientation, the 33 more to be picked up by my trainer, I have vowed never to work for a company that buses me anywhere. In all fairness to my present employer, they offered money in the amount of the bus ticket that I could apply to the mode of transportation of my choice. The 'dog' sucks as do all who work there. Never have I met people with a nastier attitude than Greyhound.
I actually went online to write a fitting review of my experience only to find literally thousands of complaints. I decided mine would just get lost in the vast quantities of similar complaints so I didn't waste my time. Google it, you'll be amazed.pattyj and CondoCruiser Thank this. -
I fly. Not that I change jobs often, but I'll buy a plane ticket. The derelicts who ride greyhound are worse tHan some of the derelicts who drive out here. Once down to Georgia, the bus driver called the police because people were smoking pot. On the bus. Near the driver. That did it for me.
