    I haul tankers and all I see is dry vans sitting on the truck stops during midday its really worrisome when theres so many of them sitting

    Then why can’t they pay drivers well? Supposedly their profit margins are slim so I doubt they are negotiating top rates.

    Same as hauling cheap as an OO. They pay what the market will bear. If a few thousand guys walk off the job, POOF instant pay raises across the board.

    3458 miles. Start recaps tomorrow. 1000 miles to go. 2 loads. This delivers Monday at 0900. Left house last Friday.

    Miles include all DH.

    $11.2K to Landstar. About $8K to me. $6000ish to the good after fuel, truck, and blue sky. 10 days total.

    Truck 2 is about the same, maybe a smidgen more. But he's planned out until the 24th.

    A lot of brokers and shippers read TTR. I think maybe you just shot yourself in the foot but you haven't started bleeding yet.

    They call broker saying you get paid this for whom to them. Why dont I take that for .50 less for the same whom to them load?
