Health Insurance

Home with family
Not that hard
Why is it so hard to find good drivers?

As an OTR driver 40 hr weeks you can forget about, even Walmartdrivers work more than 40 hrs a week. This is just laziness of working people nowadays..lack of work ethic!

Most employers are not loyal to employees. So employees have realized get a job with no intention of longevity.
Industries of all kinds have come to expect turn over and want it.
They don’t pay vacation, retirement plans
And other benefits.
So little incentive for them to produce and be dedicated. No loyalty on either side of isle.
Not all, but some part of the population are just job hoppers and lazy, Government policies as of late have exasperated the problem. Why work when you can sit home smoke dope and fornicate and shirk responsibility and get paid.
Really $20.00 an hour now days is poverty
Sounds strange but cost of living thru the roof.
I am glad I employ family members and only 3 trucks. Couldn’t imagine trying to hire employees.RussianBearTruckeR, Gearjammin' Penguin, Otr Traveler and 2 others Thank this. -

This is a car hauler thread. Not sure what kind of money you’d make working 40 hours. But that being said I made a darn great living usually leaving about 15 to 20 hours on my clock and home usually 2 full days. Not to hateful considering it was a 6 figure job with paid benefits.

40 hour work weeks come with trade offs just like anything else.

I spend hours of my life, that I'll never see again so I expect to be compensated for it.
Haven't been 100% yet but I'm getting closer every year.
I'm not foolish enough to believe I'll live forever on this planet so I cherish the time I have greatly.
