Why is no one Hiring !!!!!

    Those are the pros and cons of the transport industry unfortunately bud, the pro's of paying for you own CDL are you won't be under the thumb of any company, or owe them a debt on your CDL training, the cons however are there is no guarantee of employment placement unless the CDL training school has connections which is always good to look into before signing up with one. However keep on knocking, by coming onto this website you now have access to many experienced drivers who have been there done that sort of thing so chances are someone will connect you to a decent company to drive for.

    I think the company has both. I see their trucks running through Las Vegas a lot.

    Seems like the big Mega’s ( Swift, Western Express, Schneider, etc ) are always hiring by me - I’m in the northeast - specifically NJ

    It’s almost like a guaranteed enlistment in the military LOL
