Why is Prime still hauling to the customer who beat the hell out of an innocent driver?

Again the driver was trying to exit and light contact was made because the guard went to the driver and blocked him.
The driver meant no harm to the guard and only wanted to exit the property.
I am wondering if you believe that his wife was a severe threat and she also deserved to be taken to the ground?

And as to your second part of your response much like a politician who is out of ideas you have now resorted to personal attacks.
If personal attacks is all you are left with I guess this means you have nothing else of value to offer to this debate and we are done.

 

You keep saying that like it's a fact. As we only have the drivers statement and video evidence of otherwise it's not a fact.

So the criminal states. There is no other evidence of this.

You are driving down the road and someone brake checks you.

You have the ability to safely slow and avoid contact.

Do you hit the schmuck or do you slow down?

Do you continue to follow closely or do you look to get away from that vehicle?

The guard put himself in a position to protect himself and his interests. Why didn't the driver do the same?

And if you think this stuff didn't happen 10-15 years ago you are deluding yourself. It just wasn't caught on camera in a way to share with the world.

For the forth at least time in the video the guard moved toward the driver blocking his path causing the light contact event.
If the guard didn’t move towards the driver the driver would have continued his path with no contact.
And yes you attacked me calling me a supporter of bullying and possibly a bully myself.
Stop with the false narratives and trying to get others to buy in to it.

You are traveling thru an intersection at the legal speed limit and a car runs a red light and you blast him right in the driver door.
Why didn’t you stop before you made contact?
Here’s a thought probably because you were afforded no time to stop before the collision.
I am curious to know if you would take full responsibility with the police and insurance companies for an accident that occurred under those circumstances?
And by the way the drivers interest was to get in his truck and get the hell out of there but it wasn’t possible because the guard blocked his exit.

It is literally impossible to answer a question that is a false narrative.

The video evidence does not support your false narrative.

Driver claimed he was leaving.
Hood was still up and he made no move to close it.
His wife made no move to leave.

There was litterly no way he could have gotten in the cab and left.
Not legally and as he would not be able to see, not even physically could he leave.
Those fact are on the video.
Calling them false doesn't make it so.

Given that, why do you believe the driver over video evidence?
