Why is when they take a perfectly beautiful truck ,shave the headlights and move them down in the bumper.

In the last year or so, I seen a trend with more of the old hoods back on the road. It’s nice to see the professional trucker lifestyle back on the road. There’s even a few carriers out there that only run hoods. You won’t find them on a website though.

I like er real tight especially on a Dark rainy night, no backup lights and lots of guard rails close by. Then a dockhand tells ya Your Good Man. Worth it all then.

In the ten years I've been with this company, we've had I think 3 Freightliner Century's. Two had sleepers, the other was a daycab. And ya know what? They did the same job as all the other, nicer trucks. They were just ugly. And nobody really wanted to run them. The daycab was really handy to have as a shop truck though.

I say to each his own as for me and the truck stops, I visit that front bumper wouldn't last..
