I wouldn't know where to begin. Screwing good drivers, lawsuits, recruiting foreigners, cdl fraud. Boss is a lawyer I believe, so they are very good at skirting the edges of the law.

 

1064 trucks, 2200 trailers. 1025 company drivers, 35 O.O.
2018 revenue: $206 million.
Out of service rates: Vehicle 5.8 %, driver 1%. Both very low.
Accidents: 1 fatal, 16 injury, 72 tow.
Safety review: May 2018, non rateable. A bit strange considering their size, and how long they've been around. Prior review 1995, satisfactory.

Class action lawsuit over wages in 2017. Brought by a couple drivers. Basically went no where.

A number of videos on Youtube reviewing them and their drivers. Some involving stupid drivers.

Big red flag to me is they have ads ALL over Craigslist. I mean practically every single CL town page, and sometimes multiple listings. Unusually heavy presence, far bigger than even Schneider from what I've seen personally. Usually means they're having a very hard time getting and keeping drivers. You have to ask why.

 

The screwing good drivers I know for sure, generally after they decide to quit. I talked to a bunch of them, going back 20+ years. And Dan England IS a lawyer. The rest I read about. I'm sure I cou dig up the specifics.
