Why own and USE a cb?

It’s only the real sport left next to baseball. Been getting into Rugby lately, no sissy padding required

 

Rugby is great. Shame it will never catch on here because they dont stop every 2 minutes for another commercial.

 

I'm enjoying the occasional Stanley Cup playoff match now!

If I wanted to spend 2 hours watching a bunch of guys trying to score, I'd go to the local bar.

 

I had a prime example yesterday.....

Bad T&T wreck, down in the wash at a bridge. The only way to get the trailer onto 40 asphalt was to have a rolling cop block & stop so we go WB on the EB side to a crossover. Another WB slow-rolling cop block was containing traffic back so the wrecker with the 53' and my rollback with it's dolly could use the crossover to become part of WB traffic.

When our rigs got to the WB#2 lane, the blue lights departed, and all I saw was smoke from the stacks behind us. So I gave out a call that the "WB wreckers are SLOW ROLL SLOW ROLL" and did get a thank you sir from it, so at least one driver was on and paying attention.
