I pull up because I do like the privicy.Some of the drivers don't have anything better to do besides stare at me.Thank god for those shields that cover all the windows.

but on the serouis side i will ether back up futher if i see there having trouble backing in, or i will unhook from trl and pull out and wait for them too back in, safer that way and dont get my hood knocked off, just common trucker cursoty , with some east coast truckstops are pretty tight

I have never parked at a trk stop that is tight.Mainly because when I get up I don't wanna have to worry about how in the heck am I going to get out and don't wanna risk getting clipped while sleeping.If I see a driver having trouble ,ill get out and watch his blind spots.

Myself once I'm parked the first thing I do is close my privacy curtains.I usually don't even know when another truck pulls in beside me.
