Is that just a written warning by a local leo? Burn it. If it isn't written on an fmcsa form that requires a company representative to sign and mail in, then there is no record of it outside that local jurisdiction. No csa points, no mvy points, no nothing. That being said, mind your ps and qs in that area cause cops got exceptionally good memories and if that officer pulls you over again he will remember he only gave you a warning last time.
Looks like it has the official "Flying Tire" logo in top left corner. Like I posted earlier the OSHP has no sense of humor about much of anything. It's been recorded in their mass database, normally anything written on paper leaves a trail. Should you self report it to your company? That's up to you, wouldn't be surprised if you somehow magically get awarded with some "double secret probation" csa points.
I am sitting at a pilot 55 miles from home. Out of hours. Between Atlanta construction, a semi wreck on 75 south, and this POS regulated truck I am hamstrung. Stupid thing is regulated to 66, which is OK, but being an auto comes out of gear going downhill, so when I start up I am at 62 and dropping. This is why we take a mile to pass, trying to squeeze every mile.
