Why ticket the driver

    Huh?? My Q.C. knows what trailer I'm hooked too? And when?? How?!!!!!

    Not only that, but they are SAFETY issues and are covered under the REGs (somewhere; I don't have my copy in front of me right now, so I can't quote them.)

    what's the purpose of keeping it alive...?????,

    driver was wrong,

    driver gets ticket,

    Actually, I believe only heat and defrost is the requirement in the regs.

    Isn't what your saying the same as; "I was ordered to do it"?

    That don't fly in court, while you are in the Military and it sure doesn't fly in court while you are driving a truck.
