    One of those is an honorable reason to do this job. At least two of the remaining three are not.

    Unfortunately now, as evident by what some refer to as “Cascadia life”, those remaining three have been allowed to thoroughly trash a once decent way to make a good living.

    I once knew a guy whose father was a trooper. He said they wore the "smokey hat" tilted forward just like that to enable passing truck to blow them off as a pretext to pull them over.
