I hit my first deer @ a year ago, hell nah did / do I swerve. It was the most disgusting sound, the sound of it stuck more than hitting the deer. I hate hitting animals, my life is worth more than theirs

Happened again this morning...driver swerved to avoid a deer and flipped his truck. Then, one of those super safe 65 mph speed limited canadian trucks couldn't get stopped and crashed through the trailer, shutting down the northbound lanes for several hours. Congrats. Mr. Swerve received a couple citations for that one, as he should have.

And this is why ISP stepped up patrols on 57,especially in Southern Illinois.

I smoked this one the other night on the way home from work in my four wheeler. I didn't even slow down although I did turn around a quarter-mile later so I could come back and take a picture of it.

I didn't even get a scratch although I did break a floodlight which is easily replaceable.

That was a nice one...I would have loaded him up in the back of the truck and had his head mounted in my garage with the pic of the truck right under it...maybe with a plaque stating "Truck 1; Buck 0" or something like that...
