Yes, that sounds like the developmental fleet.
Well, I sure hope you get a trailer and that things improve for you. You take care and stay safe. -

(This emoticon denotes "off the air").
There should be someone who will eventually answer the phone, it might take until Monday (hehe), but what the hey?
Waylay another driver and ask him/her.
I hear they have a security number to call and they are on call 24/7/365, maybe they'll answer their phone? -
Call Phoenix: 1-800-800-2200 and be ready to hold and don't yell at them. Calmly explain that you can't get through to anyone, that you're confused as to what to do and that you're new. But why your mentor said you were ready is perplexing, you should already know what you need to do.

I'm not trying to start making waves buy calling bosses of people, I sent the message, and got a reply, Not much else I can do, It's in plannings shoes, there Either gonna have to give me a tralier, or reassign this load, It picks up today, so someone is going to notice,
scottied67 Thanks this. -
Likely will be buying you alot of new trailers shortly , SWIFT went on the STOCK MARKET on the 16TH , raised $806,300,000.00 with this stock offering.

THAT being said, the preplan will not tell you "need trl 10 yrs old or newer" or "no roll top doors". The preplan will tell you "D3" or "V3" etc. its up to the driver to find that info in the preplan. NOW granted, you dont always get a PP before you go MT. You might have picked up an MT trailer, and sat at a truck stop for a few hrs before getting said PP. So you know what you do when you find out your trailer is 11 yrs old, and you need one 10 yrs old or newer...or when you have a wood side trailer and need a duraplate/metal side trailer? You go BACK to the final, and let them know you need to swap the trl out with one that fits your next PP. Most customers wont have a problem. Yeah, they'll look at you funny cause they'll think there has to be something wrong with the trailer.
Your DM isnt at their desk on weekends. Depending on where your home terminal is....your calls go to memphis or phoenix. So your waiting an hr for someone to 'help you', is the reason why....they are dealing with hundreds maybe even a thousand drivers over the weekends. So?.....you have to do things yourself. And if those folks in "DRIVER SUPPORT" dont like it because they'd rather feel better because they rather tell you to do something, thats tuff-shatner. Its not their paychecks being effected by making you wait, or losing the load. Its not their time being wasted sitting in the truck waiting for DRIVER SUPPORT to SUPPORT the DRIVER.
take control of your truck.....watch out for YOU.....cause nobody else will. (just be sure you run with your fog lights on all the time, even in swift yards, blinding the driver passing you by, or drivers in their trucks trying to sleep.....cause we all know running with your fog lights on all the time just makes you cool)
