I think your right about the heat+speed+heavy causing your rash of failures
BTW .. i just swapped my trailer rims and tires from traditional on steel to wide based on aluminum.
I run weight sensitive and it got me 735lbs of capacity but that's coming from steel. If you have aluminum already, it's half that.
I'll update once i get some miles on these things..
