    List of lies:
    • Health benefits after 90 days
    • No claim account
    • Would be a company employee
    • Would get a freightliner truck
    • Run 48 states

    List of facts:
    • Health benefits after 6 months
    • Steal $2500 of your money, $10 at a time
    • You are an independent contractor in their truck doing as you are told
    • Tricked into signing a contract, no withholding of any kind except you pay your own workers comp, to them and as listed above
    • Get a piece of #### international with bad tires and no space
    • Run backroads from el paso, tx to northwest and back and forth or you sit

    Other unpleasantries:
    • dispatchers blow smoke up your ###, talk bad about you behind your back,
    • Force you to return bad tires by insisting you put a used super single tire in your cab!!! If not returned, charge you for the tire.
    • Equipment is so bad, plan on getting a tire blowout once a week.

So, if you are still reading this, stay away!!! dont be deceived as I was, dont listen to their lies like I did. there are too many companies out there to subject yourself to this kind of ########. I dare anyone from this company to say I am not telling the truth because they will be lying.

They look you right in the face and lie, just like a used car salesman!!!

The only way they can get drivers to work for them is to lie and manipulate to get you in the door. DONT DO IT!!

With super singles in about 10 weeks you'll have all new tires. Good times.

Sounds like your typical fly by night outlaw/immigrant outfit. If they told me 1099 "independent contractor" I'd walk out right there. We drivers need to look out for our best interests because nobody else will.

Do you think manipulated or deceived or conspired or concealed the facts or subterfuge or false pretenses might be a better choice of words for you?

I drove for these guys a few years back. They are a family-owned outfit out of Las Cruces, NM and have about 100 trucks pulling refer. The old man is a great guy and well respected but isn't around as much anymore. The kids are running things now. When I left I was promised money back like my escrow, mileage/safety bonus, and more totaling about $4000. Never saw a dime. Stopped taking my calls and wouldn't return them. Just not reputable. A shame really. I ran hard for them and made them a lot of money but absolutely no loyalty towards the driver.

They set you up as a contractor which sucks. You run as a company driver with forced dispatch or you will sit. Think you start in the mid 30 cent range but you have to pay your own worker's comp, you pay into an escrow account until you have given them $2500 which you may never see again (I didn't), you have to pay both sides of your social security (7.65% times 2), and you get no benefits if fired because you are classified as self-employed. The day you are hired they make you read a disclaimer from their lawyers that they video tape to cover the south end of a horse traveling northbound. Should have realized right there that I was fixing to get lubed up.

Really glad I moved on to a better company. Steer clear of these guys.
