Will a bad work history severly effect my chances with Roehl?

No Roehl WILL NOT HIRE YOU! If you have been unemployed for longer than a month, you can forget it! Why? Because Roehl is one of the worst companies around! They are a nightmare to work for! They are the bottom of the bottom feeders! But don't worry, almost all the other companies will hire you, all you have to do is have a couple people sign a paper saying you were unemployed during certain periods, that fulfills the dot requirement and is what most companies are looking for - EXCEPT ROEHL CAUSE THEY ARE AN INSANE NIGHTMARE TO WORK AT!!!

It would appear someone has had a bad experience with Roehl.

 

If you have a gap or gaps in your employment history, they just ask that you submit a form with an affidavit explaining what you were doing during the gaps in employment, and providing two non-family references (name, signature, address, phone number) to vouch for your explanation. I can personally attest to this. It is still up to them whether to hire you or not, but gaps alone will not automatically disqualify you.

 

He forgot to mention of those 16 jobs, he held 8 at a time. The first 8 jobs he worked for 15 years and the 2nd set of 8 he had for only about 9. Dude is a workaholic.

 

If they were the bottom of the bottom feeders, they would hire anyone...

I think some body spent to much time hanging out in the drivers lounge at the terminals....Your Roehl experiance is what you make it. I tend to stay away from the lounge at the terminals because its always guys sitting around complaining about every thing under the sun. I say if your that unhappy than move on and quit crying about it!! Some of us don't want to hear it. As for me Roehl has been just fine to work for. They have kept every promise they made, and I get plenty of miles each week, and get home EXACTLY when I tell them I want to be home. Course?? Maybe thats because I keep my mouth shut, and do the job I was hired to do!!
