DUI May not show up on your MVR but it could show up on your criminal record. Best to be upfront. If I were hiring I'd hire a guy who disclosed his past over a guy who "forgot" to mention his past.
Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
Also ; and this ,whatever state you are in , you brake a law , you get a shyster ,oops i mean lawyer, and he postpones it for however long, dos"t matter, once the day of conviction comes, that"s when it goes on your record. So subtract the 3 to 5 years from the 17. Yet you say your mrv shows nothing, and now you need to make up my-your mind, because as i read on first you say suspended, message 1- than you say revoked message 4. Now you add got another check-- wow, again as i read on i give up, re-read your own posts #8 an #9, because i know its not me, my friend you are not making any sense.

Under 21 years old, keep your mouth shut. Your playing in the big league with an 18 wheeler.

Back ground checks can be any period of time they request, from five years to your life time. I know because I have order them myself for a past employer. It may not be on your drives record , but it's in court records. So they can find it.

yes you are right I said suspended in one revoked in another for one I cant rem exactly if they were suspended or revoked then I look up the difference between the 2 and they were suspended it happen in like 95 or 96 I drove for a few years with no license then one night they pulled me over in my drive way of all places and got me for driving with no license's that happen in either 99 or 2000

The company will have to get DMV printouts from the states you have held a license in.If you have only ever had a Georgia license. Thats the only one they need to get. You can get DMV online nowadays. I was in Washington and got a fresh one from Mo.You go to the site download a request form ,print it off, take it to a notary(sign it with them witnessing) requires you show ID,include your debit card # on this printed request, fax it back to the DMV. Then they fax your DMV record back to you. The whole process took 1 hour. I went to a Postnet place to do it.They have a computer, hooked to a printer,a notary on site and a fax machine there. Cost me $22 counting DMV charge, copy charges, computer use and notary charge. Lot easier and faster than mailing away for it.Most companies want one newer than 30 days old.I just put this on here for other drivers.Sounds like your probably in your home state anyway.
