But when your right your right. :biggrin_25514:

His story should have read like this:
In order to avoid rear ending someone, I swerved and lost control of my vehicle. Will this effect my DMV report.

So you mean a box truck could avoid it and you couldn't? That means a.) you were either going too fast and following too close or b.) you over-corrected, and shouldn't be behind the wheel of a 80k# truck, let alone a 4wheeler.

If you are tired, you should drive smart. Give yourself plenty of time to react, don't speed, be aware of what is way ahead. If the area is "bad" and there is something in front of you blocking you vision, back the hell off the go pedal and give yourself some room. Unless there is a posted minimum speed limit, you can go slower. Yeah, people behind you may be pissed you're going slow, but what is more important? Pleasing other drivers or making sure YOU arrive SAFE AND ALIVE?!?

use common sense. the accident was your fault. I don't care if he was jackknifed blocking the whole road. YOU should have been looking far enough ahead to prevent a collision. If visibility was limited, you were going to #### fast.

Hopefully this prevents you from getting the job. Maybe you will wise up and drive smart.

Even if you didn't get a citation it will be reported to your home state.
