LOL, yeah, if you do park there make sure it's in the TS and not the side street or exit/entrance ramps. That was over a year ago, I wonder if people still do park on that street. I refuse to stop there anymore though because the TS is a zoo and the parking lot is pretty small for a Flying J and considering the location and all the traffic that flows through that area.

There are states that do NOT have the "At Will" law. It's best to look it up for your state if you have to deal with it.

a good piece of advice concerning disclosure is this.....if you believe a ticket is on your record, then when in doubt...disclose it.

A company would much rather have you say it's there and not find something & not the other way around.

A newbie fills out a form when they hire in that you must list all tickets. Failure to do so is falsification and fireable because the trust factor is gone.

The same goes with on going employees must fill out that form yearly.

If you get a ticket out of state you have 30 days to report it to your DMV.

Companies want to know right away and many will help you fight it or even front you the money to pay it. It's best to tell your safety dept right away and maybe get their help.

Trying to hide tickets is a lost cause. So never do it. The boogey man isn't going away. :)

Minor tickets companies will usually let you build three of them. The same with accidents unless they are serious or plain out dumb.

Major violations will get you fired right away. 15 over is one of them. That one is best to get knocked down if you can't get it dismissed.

Wow sure hate that he lost his job. Sounds like a decent large car. Maybe they will put his picture in the truckers hall of fame.

Do a search, you resurrected a 2012 question.

If it's not on the MVR it does not exist. However a company CAN get a lifetime MVR and dig up everything. And if that is brought from the dead to light then the warning will get you fired.
