Living in a truck isn't what you think.

And driving that long in a car is a lot different than in a truck..

We work and live in a regulated world, it is not the old movie days where you get into a truck and just go.

It should be $10k, we have to do something about this crackerjack licensing thing where we have drivers who don't care what happens to the industry but only want to make a fast buck.

    10k is stupid money,

Go spend 4000 dollars in Alaska For GRound School and some FAA Medical, then FAA permit flyiung under instructor with a certain amount of minimum hours to solo. Don't forget fuel burn per hour that you pay in addition to plane rental. buy a super 60 piper cub bush plane on what's left as down, saving some for gas etc.

And boom you are now a trucker in the air. You wont hauling much until you get a hold of a CD Type airframe capable of loading 40000 and withstanding ice 4 inches thick.

Buy a junker airplane and hand print "experimental" on the side and be exempt from all the silly regulations.

That 2nd picture is not really a junk aircraft. Extremely rare, extremely unusual p82 twin mustang. It was an experiment that they took two p51 mustangs and joined them together. I believe they flew and a number of them were produced but never we're mass produced.

I'm not sure if any exist today. That photo is likely very old.
