Another option is a portable dock like they use at peat moss plants it gives you different options.

Just wondering, have you talked to your business insurance company about things hanging out on the road?

I bet you, someone hits the truck or gets into an accident, it will go to court.

Looking at the space available, I'd say the most cost effective solution is leaving the truck on the street and lifting a pallet jack in.

While any of the folks who have responded to this thread can get it in to either option, we have to account for both new drivers and the terminally incompetent drivers. Both of which will take forever and a day to get into either location and will likely tear stuff up as they do it.

Heck, even good drivers have bad days. Plus even good drivers have to deal with weather.
If I knew the dock would be difficult, it'd be raising my prices to deliver it there just because I'm not going to deal with you being cheap without compensation.

Angling back in to the dock that’s in the yard wouldn’t be difficult at all

I’d want a rough terrain forklift to haul the cargo to the garage though

I assume all the cargo is going to get reloaded and shipped out again in a short time .

Very true. That's assuming there is access to get to and from the property in both directions. There will be no turning around. One will have to come in one way, and leave another.

    True
And I dunno about the local government

where I live likely wouldn’t allow a driveway to be more that a certain distance of the road frontage etc

spreading gravel and turning the shoulder of the road right of way into a parking space / loading dock may not be something they’d be happy about , since it’s the county right of way , or it could be an easement , which is totally different than a right of way :

    But everywhere is different

Just me but I would have the drivers land in the driveway. And use a chain hook to pull the pallets backward then use the fork lift to unload. No ramp necessary.
This idea would require non liquid wood pallet deliveries.
