What makes you think this is about her being a truck driver?

Do you seriously think the approach would have been different if she were driving an RV, or in her home?

Not disputing the figure you have there,but I'm curious as to how you came by it.

 

All I know is my attorney would have a large chunk of this cops butt, and his agency in a court room.

 

I assume she has no "hard numbers'. Just the fact that most of the law-abiding community DOES view the MAJORITY (hence the 95%) of PEACE OFFICERS/Law enforcement personnel, to be just what she stated.

Make no mistake about it, I'm sure the CHP officer and this deputy are well acquainted. These guys drive in the same area's every night and probably back each other up on a regular basis. I would guess one would back the other in court, unless there were more witnesses around.

 

He probably was disgusted with how it was handled, and it could be it's not the first time he's seen such behavior. Let's hope he mentions it to his superiors. But if this deputy stays on the job the CHP officer knows that he's going to have to depend on this guy for backup at some point.
Just sayin.
