    I must think that you could have a legal case here; As the LEO did not identify himself as such and you can get him for assault i believe (Not a lawyer here)

    but regards to your story;
    I hope you are ok (Mentally) and of course Your Dog I hope your dog is ok

    I agree, your kilt is wool and way too hot for summer. Be honest with me though, you did take my short black skirt with the slit up the side, didn't you?

    I just don't beleive it happened exactly like that. It's just too over the top to be 100 percent true. There's 3 sides to every story, what he said, what she said, and what really happened. Not only that but by posting this story here instead of to your lawyer further diminishes the credability of the story, sorry, just sayin that's just how it appears.
    I think there is a very important part of this story that was left out.

    I would never have believed it either. Until it was me inside the truck.

    I don"t have a lawyer. I called three different law agencies in Stanislaus County. As soon as I mentioned the sheriff's department, they were no longer interested.

    Reread the post, only take out all references to law enforcement. Does that make it more palatable to you? Because that's all a cop is. A guy who wears funny clothes and a tool belt.

    Just one of several stories of criminal activities engaged in by Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department personnel on a quick Google search.

    IMHO you would be better to seek legal representation from outside the county anyhow.
