Will Never See Cops the Same Way Again

I respect your decision too Injun. Heck, I could be a millionaire if I sued all the wrong doing I received over the years. Sometimes it's easier and better to let things go and move on. Bad people will get what's coming to them eventially. Just remember this was an individual that done you wrong. I wouldn't hold a bad taste for all cops as the majority are good people.

 

The problem is it wasn't just a bad person, it was a bad person with authority which makes it much worse. Imagine the boy molested by his priest, or the girl molested by a teacher. Those are people in authority who are supposed to be trusted. When they break that vow it is very difficult to believe it won't happen again.

 

I am not going to give any advice or insight on your decision,as,well,you have already made it,and your all grown up,right? I will say,it took a big person to report this here,handle the criticism as you did,and to admit you were scared,-not many would do that...Honesty,no,I mean HONESTY...IMO,is worthy of respect,whether or not I agree with it..Now,if we could get the other 3 billion on this planet to....Ya know?

 

We all threw Injun support and idea's. None of us like what happened.

Injun made a decision so that's it. With do respect, ramblin on ain't gonna change things. With what's been posted it's gonna take alot of time, money and a serious effort to take the man down. Then it's her word against his. Sometimes it's best to let things go and move on instead of dwelling with hate on a 3-5 year fight. There's suing people and then there's non-suing people.

 

I just finished a 3 year litigation and recieved over $300,000! Sometimes good things come to those that wait!

I said nothing about suing, IMHO the man should be in jail, or at least reprimanded. But I don't want to ramble, I'm done with the thread.

I did do a little research, just out of curiosity, being I am familiar with the laws

pertaining to tape recorded conversations.

In california they have it broken down into 2 different types of conversation.

Public conversation and Private conversation.

If what a person says to you, can be classified as public, it IS legal to tape record

that conversation without consent !!

Just more crap that I research out of boredom.........
