They want the liability exposure pushed onto the IC as far as taxes, costs, workers comp, insurance and all the other items but still want to control us like a company employee by doing company training, forced trailer moves, unnecessary DVIR reports, quarterly inspections etc.
Perfect example of having their cake and eating ours too.
Will Schneider have a new ICOA for ICs to sign this year?

You could have simply said 65% of gross revenue and that would have been less complicated than your diversionary post
-
65% for now......who knows with the next contract.
-
They might play with the actual numbers off of the record but they're not going to change the official "65% of gross revenue" figure on the record.
-
You would love that.

Anyone notice the change in name on the direct deposit Friday? It now says Schnieder Enterprises. Didn't realize I changed to a new company.

Gotta tighten up for the IPO
-
All the crud going on would make sense of they are going for an ipo or if they are going broke, lol. You really think they're heading for ipo?
-
Either ipo or sell out to swift like m.s. carriers did.
redoctober83 and Home_on_wheels Thank this. -
If I remember Swifts q1 report a couple weeks ago they eluded to acquiring a carrier this year.
