Will the ABC test cause over capacity?

    A lot of them do choose their loads. It's true there is no ownership, but no different than if they rented a truck and signed it on. And a l/p truck has to be free to move to other carriers, otherwise it's an illegal contract. Prime i think it was, got sued big several years ago over that.

    Yep.
    Which is fine with the govt when Amazon pays zero tax, but when a sole proprietor like an OO or a Uber driver pays no tax the govt goes after them.

    Maybe the morons inside the beltway could work on a tax plan that works for everyone equally instead of trying to crush the few still willing to work. Wishful thinking I know.

    There's a couple that have existed for decades, and one since the constitution was written. They don't include levers and buttons though, so not fancy enough for the highfalutin crowd.
