Geez. Starting to have second thoughts about this truck driving thing. What with the well armed zombies firing incendiary rounds into my combustible diesel tanks........
Might just stick to tightrope walking.......Rollover the Original Thanks this. -
I have fragmenting rounds.. and if someoneo wants to test the theory, I'll fire the shots.

Just be on the look for Charlie and all will be good. Asking if anybody seen charlie around the area you are going to park is good way to gain Intel on the sneaky little bassturds, never be two cautious. In Vietnam, it was common tactic for all sides to rubber band the spoon of hand grenades pull the pin and drop them in diesel tanks. Dropping phosphorous grenades of equipment forced to be left behind was also a quick way to permanently disable equipment or vehicles so the enemy couldnt use it. The diesel after i dont know how long a day or two or three breaks down the rubber, which releases the spoon causing the grenade to explode.

A month ago I was talking to a still living victim of a bullet hole in his diesel tank.. he was really ticked... he just filled the tank and the shot was low...

Say you're parked in Jessup and some lot lizard you let in your truck turns out to be one of those body snatching aliens. Would she still require you to pay her?
I swear, I've heard many an asinine question asked, but the one the OP asked really takes the cake.Rollover the Original Thanks this. -

Remember that diesel explodes under pressure in the cylinder. That is why there are no spark plugs. Just compression.
I saw a truck (Maybe a green mayflower) catch fire at a Petro in Indiana a few years back and the tanks got so hot they were screaming like fireworks as the pressure built up and they swelled up and never caught fire even though the truck burned to the ground.
