UPDATE ! 3 1/2 years with WSE as O/O. First couple of years was great. But then dispatch left, and I should have! Upper management changed. Runs was cut, pay was shorted, didn't even get payed to actual delivery. Fuel went up and surcharge went down! 3 pay cuts in just 2009! I left in Janurary of 2010. They had me $55,000 in debt, or I let them put me in debt! They quit paying layover, would give me load that didn't PU for 3 days and since I was under load, no layover! No detention, said only pay if they can collect, got to where they said they couldn't collect. Still haven't got paid for loads they short changed me on, despite sending in proof, will have to sue them! They have they're big pay checks as priority and not drivers! Was costing me to go out more than I made! Dispite me cancelling my lease, they burnt my history with 6 accidents. I have had to fight with them and DAC to try and get it corrected, only got 2 off record. Dispite police saying an accident was no fault of mine, they told DAC it was preventable on my part and DAC won't change it! They have equipment malfunctions as accidents! I wouldn't go back!

Also I have clean MVR and no DOT reportables ! Keep thinking they would go back to what it was but didn't. Kept covering expenses with credit till decided could keep doing. As O/O had cost no matter what and would let me sit while not paying!

Greetings from the road. WSE is about the same. Crappy pay but the miles are increasing.

Headed to Victorville CA from Kennesaw GA. Will turn around on Monday and head back to Youngstown OH

About 4500 loaded miles in those two trips.

All is well for now...thanks for checking in.

    BobMac and jtrnr1951 Thank this.

Take home has alot of variables involved !!

Better to ask what their gross pay is.
