williston, side dumps

ok guys ,, i could realy use some help, im in williston, been here for a couple of months,been working very little some say its because the weight ristrictions others say its permits being held up, anyone know any good roustabout companies or companies where i can hire on with 2 trucks and triaxle side dumps? the companies im working for now are just slacking, im a driver not a project manager but seems if i want to work im going to have to find the work myself,please noone mention maveric that company is crap. thanks for any and all advise and contacts, im ready to work now,,, 24-7..
