The reason I added PNW to the title is because I'm with the heavy haul division, and we only haul in WA/OR/ID/MT/UT.
After driving locally for 25 years, I've found myself working and staying in the truck during the week. I can say with some certainty that I have ended up in a pretty good place that I can stay with, at least for awhile.
They treat me very well, whoever I speak with on the phone (driver managers, safety, maintenance) is helpful and pleasant (even when I screw up). As far as I know, the pay is decent: .50 per mile, deadhead, detention, local add-on, and $63 per diem for every day on the road.
Wilson has been purchasing 50 new tractors per month, both Pete 579 and Freightliner Cascadias, and also new Hyundai trailers.

They are advertising everywhere I look for PNW heavy haul positions. The position states that drivers get home on Friday and go back out on Monday. Can you give me an idea of your average miles per week? I know it will vary, but a general idea would be appreciated.
