Wrong antenna for a Cascadia! You need an antenna that is top loaded such as a Firestick, Skipshooter, etc. The loading coil needs to be higher than the cab of the truck to get decent SWR. Probably also needs some ground straps between the door and the cab. Many vids on YouTube regarding this. JD
Put a 7ft Skipshooter, or other top loaded fiberglass whip on that mount and it will work. I started a thread on here several years ago about finding a good solution for the Cascadia. And here it is. Cascadia Antenna Solutions
