I don't except to say they have ran their own private fleet for many decades. I have a feeling many of their trucks are ran as team but they probably have a number of regional solo positions here and there. They would probably be a good outfit to work for based on their longevity that I'm aware of but I couldn't even hazard a guess at what one could expect to earn there but I'm sure it's competitive.

Working in a private fleet has lots of advantages and few disadvantages.

They make laminates and veneers that are used on top of countertops like Formica. Also into flooring and a host of other things.
