Not only do they cut glare but they also make things appear more defined. They will make the sky a deep blue and the clouds fluffy white with very sharp edges.

    Heathar Thanks this.

Ya,I go thru a lot of "Bug Juice".What pees me off,is "You'really doing fine, wait here comes Fed Ex. (For example only),oh no he's 7mph over and just "trashed my windshield".Have to kinda get used to it.Yes,it's nice to have clean mirrors and windows, just doesn't last long "unless you go 15 over, believe someone will trash your windshield.Yes ,you get a lot of "doubLe vision and reflections at night and in the summer it feels like you're "sitting in a Greenhouse".Just part of the job.

Thank you all for the replies, for the ones who commented "is it even an issue", this forum is supposed to be about experienced drivers giving advice, if you didn't have anything to say about it, you didn't need to comment. Yes sometimes the glares make it harder to see. Yes I roll down the windows to help. Yes I dim my lights at night. I rather figured there wasn't much you can do about it

The glare don't really bother me while I'm driving. It does when I'm backing into a dock or parking space. Then I roll down my window and all is fine.
