Before anyone laughs at me, let me say that I am a Windows phone user (on my third handset now) because I refuse to be mindless and a victim of the Apple iPhone marketing AND I hate the way that Android phones work, an employer of mine had one assigned to the property I managed and was forced to carry it, when we separated I couldn't give it back fast enough.
Does anyone know of any good apps (hours of service, GPS, truck stop locators, etc)???

I use to use windows phones before i started driving. You need to switch (i know you dont want to hear that). They dont have many apps for it. I went android lesser of two evils but i kind think should of went iphone as their are way more apps.

I'll live without the apps before switching.

You refuse to be a victim of apple and android yet you buy a microsoft product
Anyway you only need 1 app and thats google maps if they have it -
No... The only Apple product I own is my iPod... And I am going to keep it that way... A half full 160gb is more than 28 days of uninterrupted and unrepeated (unless shuffled) music. Nothing comes close.
I just hate the way Android phones work. -
Curiosity as a very long time Android user and a former IT/Linux guy, what about Android don't you like? There's almost nothing about Android you can't change. I don't blame you for not liking iPhone's, their all the same and not even remotely customizable. Windows phone will always have app availibility problems, just as they did the first time around, just as Blackberry has always. MS makes app development a nightmare so it's not worth it for the devs to make stuff for them. On top of that their market share is way to low to make it worth it. There are more dumb phones still in use than smartphones running Windows. Can I also ask what the last Android you had was? Can I take a stab at a Galaxy?

It's not so much the Android itself, just the fact that it was forced on me and I was already carrying my windows phone at the time. I like the ability to work with word and excel files seamlessly with my phone wherever I am, without having to add anything to it.
