Guess it depends on what you consider "old"

T600 through 2006 is almost identical to my t600 94 and my old boss' w900 92 is the same as his 2005 w9 operating as I had stated.
Personally i dont call those "old"... but your mileage may vary

Here's your update. I've been driving in rain and snow for 2 months, every f'n day. So, I tossed my new Aquapel in the truck a week or so ago but it hasn't been dry enough to even clean/dry the windshield good to put the stuff on. I finally got a minute of good weather first thing this morning so I put it on. Drove all day and tonight without a drop from the sky, for the first time in months.

So, moral of the story, yep, the stuff repels rain, just not the way you expect.
