They all work and can be mixed.
Some better than others.
I personally don't want antifreeze on my paint.
I use regular blue and add isopropyl alcohol during the winter months.
Wipe down the rubber blades occasionally w a clean rag and alcohol.
The colors and rating are just a selling point.

I check washer nozzles every night before I depart in winter as then tend to get iced over during the day. Pour a little coffee on them to thaw otherwise you figure out they are frozen at a most inconvenient time,,,usually when passing

Actually, very few cars do it any more, unless you go very high end (Land Rover, Volvo, Mitsubishi has it as an option on the top of the line Outlander). Of course, if the trucking industry in the US was smart, we would borrow European technology and have heated windshields ( Volvo, Scania, MAN or any other Euro truck, heated windscreens are an option). You can also install heated washers, I've got a kit in the garage some place for doing it. But, it's not as wasy as it sounds. -
