When I applied at the win job center in Tupelo, MS for mine, I pretty much got an answer that day, or the next. I had talked to one of the CDL instructors at Itawamba CC and he set it up. I just went to the center and filled out the paperwork. If I'd been denied, I had other options next in line.

The lady at my job center said there was a chance itd be denied so if I had a guaranteed training that was set up close by then take it
