@ 175 ohms with a 4:1 transformer, the impedance would be about 700 ohms which is acceptable. I gave mine to Russell because the frequency response wasn't as good as my Electro-Voice 602t with rk56 transformer and .01uf cap inline with the audio wire.

It would be nice to verify if the Barjan model has a different color coding. I'm kind of assuming that it does since it's a different manufacturer but I don't know for sure.
