I have a 2001 westernstar and the last couple weeks the relays for the ignition and the a/c, widows, wipers, etc. have been getting really hot, checked the batteries. All are good.also checked the output on the altenator putting out 14.25 . Any body have any other ideas?

First replace them, that probably will not help. So the problem is you are starting to get a lot of resistance in those circuits. Could be bad grounds, corroded wires, wore out motors, broken strands within wires. This is what happens to older equipment. If you really wanted to get deep into it, you could start testing all the resistance, and load when individual items are on and off. You might get lucky and find certain things that are high draw, and be able to fix it.
