If you browse the phone forums, there's talk of unlimited coming back for everyone. AT&T doesn't have enough towers now and too many iPhones and iPads so service areas suck and even 3G is slower then it should be.

Why don't you use the phone as a wifi hotspot?

I do not need another phone in the truck. There are times that I will leave the truck and walk around while on the phone, it then would drop the internet from the laptop losing the place on the research or whatever.

Since the costs for each are paid by different business operations, it is not a big deal to me.

If you have a 4g Phone in a 4g area, you can be online and talk at the same time. Also, I would reccomend against the USB device and get a Hotspot Device instead.

    If you are so lucky.

Many times I am barely in a signal area with a slow internet like in BFE.
