You can't fix a crime proplem with bad cops.

If bad cops were held accountable, we wouldn't be experiencing all that we are. How many cops are Giglo impaired? Why is a man whose police powers have been revoked and has not been able to testify in court for years due to his repeated misconduct reprimands the newly elected president of the Chicago Police Union?

And you are ignoring 20 years of policy papers from conservative think tanks that warn of what we are experiencing.

 

Nor can you with good cops. Cops are society’s trash collectors. They are reactionary and necessary.

You fix crime with community leadership, education, strong family heads, faith leaders, people in the communities that won’t put up with crime, marginalize criminals, lock up criminals, reform criminals.

You don’t fix crime by getting rid of the trash collectors.

Both parties have ownership of where we are at. In Cook County Il you need to be a "democrat" to get elected. In DuPage country you need to be a republican. Rahm Emanual was a democrat because that was his best path to power, but id you look at what he actually did, he falls on the conservative side of the poltical spectrum.

 

Wish we had a "thumbs down" option......bet gentleroger would be the leader in that category
