They are a good company with great equipment. Unfortunately they are having a problem getting loads out of two of their main terminals at the moment.

Well there is your answer if they are having trouble getting loads out of there two main terminals you better stop and think will you be driving or will you be sitting...I'm not into being a truck sitter

    You still live in MA?
Check Frock Bros. Trucking. Maybe you're in their hiring area.

That’s why I left. Decided to go flat bed and I’m getting great hauls. All over 1300 miles and have been preplanned 80% of the time.

They're mostly east coast freight lanes.

I know they run east coast mainly, but what's up with the mileage problem? I was looking to start with them for CDL training, but if the loads are light then I might talk to Roehl. I talked to some Roehl drivers on their YouTube channels, and from what I gather Roehl does keep wheels spinning - I just liked Millis for their higher starter pay... But what does it matter if you're just sitting? Got a couple months to decide still, so we'll see. All I know is I'm getting in a bind here with finances and wherever I go I'll need to hit the pavement running.

The market is very tight right now, especially in the southeast. Rates and available loads are the lowest that theyve been in almost 2 yrs.

I dont work for Millis or Roehl, but things are bad all over right now.

I can believe it. I got a bad feeling about the next few years economy wise.
