Wow..$16k would’ve been decent to give her…now they may end up paying more they dreamed of even if it’s not the amount she’s suing for but it’ll be decent amount for her

Yup. Even cheap Ford F-150s aren’t cheap anymore-new or used. A new one will set you back in the low $40-$41K range to start!

She probably crashed the pickup during one of her often drinking, smoking dope and driving routines.
    Now she's shifting blame.

The video clearly shows the forks striking the pickup while it was parked. It also shows the aftermath. The damage is fresh.
The garbage truck didn’t pay attention to its side clearance. Republic should’ve settled when they had the chance. Now a judge and/or jury might take them to the cleaners!

If a jury sees it that way, especially since her kid was in the pickup truck cleaning it out when it got hit!!

It's ironic that she's arguing that they handled the claim in bad faith when she herself has made a bad faith statement, claiming she had no way to get her kid to the doctor when they provided her a rental vehicle for several weeks.

And why did she leave an 8yo unsupervised inside of a vehicle that was parked on a public street?
