If Republic had made a good faith offer, I'd agree with you. The reality is that if a person doesn't ask for the moon they take a moon shot.

 

Fact that the trash company basically ignored it all basically put them behidn the 8ball so to speak…i think if republic would’ve responded appropriately and tried to negotiate in good faith she more than likely would’ve never had to sue..most likely the atty came up with bloated lawsuit $$ amount of course…i have personally been involved with crap like this and the level of bs they tried to pull with me forced my hand in getting an atty..sometimes that’s the only way to get these idiots attention in these kinds of matters
