It's one freaking cent, I hear people get disconnect notices for only oweing one freaking cent.

 

Around here. You don't get a notice. You short your payment by 1 cent. They come turn it off, and return your check, if you mailed it in.

Then they nail your ### with a $75 reconnect fee.

 

Well what can you expect from a politician who is so DUMB-as that he can't even spell his last name right????
