I would ask how she is peeing in a bottle, but I'm not sure I really want to know. Sadly my mind automatically drums up images.

I'd say something to her.

 

I'd let the "trainer" know that I'm not comfortable with the situation, and if it continues, we will have to do whatever it takes, to get another trainer.

 

How else would a woman pee in a bottle but with a funnel.

 

Ok that's what I was missing, I didn't even think about a funnel. Sounds like fun managing a funnel and bottle. What does she do with stinky urine covered funnel.

Maybe trainer should invest in chemical toilet.

 

If it's wide enough, it could double as a hat.

 

Buy her one of these and she can pee between truck and trailer at fuel island like several drivers I've seen

Beyond me why you need a trainer if you have your license. Sounds like trainers are nothing more than a method of company running a team at a discount rate.
Just the way you do things in your country???

 

I got a better one than this.

Years ago I met a brother at May Trucking's terminal in Phoenix, AZ. Told me he had only been on trainer's truck for a few days and was quitting.

When I asked why, he told me he and trainer were in the truck chilling out on a Saturday near St. Louis. Said he was on top bunk reading, when all the sudden smelled crap.

Looked down to see the trainer finishing up his business in a 5 gallon bucket! "Did you just crap in that bucket?"..."yeah man, I had bubbles in my stomach!"..."WTF, MAN! The door to the truck stop entrance is like 100 feet away!"

In the end (no pun intended) he felt like management didn't take his complaint about the trainer seriously and decided that wasn't a company he wanted to remain with.

I verified the story as true with someone I knew in high management at another terminal.
