    Since there’s no tire on the spare I’d say they’re in the middle of swapping a tire. And if you look at the bottles they’re not perfectly shaped. They’re squished and wedges into where they are.

    Hey, everybody is guessing, so why not me!!
    My guess is this trailer is one that is assigned to a specific driver that is a real dick to all of his co-workers....drivers, mechanics, etc. They did this to his trailer on his time off. When he quick hooks and blast out of there he will be going down the road dropping bombs left and right. Good times.
