    how strict is prime on the 10 years job work history i needed some time off at one point in my life to leave the states and don't have the full 10 years that they require

    Talk to recruiting about. I don't think it's going to be a problem as long as it isn't immediately preceding your starting at Prime. You may have to show what you were doing during the period of unemployment, and if you were out of the states, I suppose travel documents or passport stamps may do the trick, but recruiting is who would know for sure.
