yea ok..I got alittle backwards, they are constantly reclasifying drug schedules anyway, codine,oxy,hydro used to be iii..

 

Right, like I said schedules mean nothing, they are just government nonsence

 

The reason Cocaine and Methamphetamine are schedule 2 drugs is because they have a legal medical use.

Well l agree with government nonsense, bottom line is though, you wont fail a DOT test for taking prescribed medicine

 

The DEA schedules really mean nothing to the general public. It is when somebody gets caught with them on their person it can effect the charge.

 

One use is Desoxyn for ADHD.

True, but they will look at you more closely, some drugs you can take legally, but you can not take them legally while driving, only during off time

 

That's still complicated. According to Federal Law weed is a schedule 1 drug with no medical use.
